Colon Cancer is not Our Tradition
American Indian Cancer Foundation urges all American Indian men and women over the age of 50 to get screened for colon cancer. Colon cancer screening SAVES lives.
- “We are all related.” American Indians ages 50 and above can receive a $20 gift card after their colon cancer screening.
- HO-WAH!! With our Refer-A-Relative program anyone can refer two American Indians and receive a $15 gift card, per person who completes their colon cancer screening.
- All referred relatives who complete their screening will receive a $20 gift card
If you have insurance, please follow the steps below:
Contact your health care provider to set up an appointment for your colon cancer screening
Fill in the Refer-a-Relative screening voucher completely (front & back)
Mail the voucher and proof of screening to :

If you do NOT have insurance, Please contact Joy Rivera at 612-314-4843 to be connected to the Minnesota Department of Health Sage Scopes program. If eligible, you will can receive a FREE colon cancer screening.
