American Indian Cancer Foundation urges all American Indian men and women over the age of 50 to get screened for colon cancer. Colon cancer screening SAVES lives.

Take steps towards a healthier YOU and receive a $20 gift card after your colon cancer screening.

HO-WAH!! After your screening, refer up to FIVE relatives for a colon cancer screening and receive up to $50!

With our REFER-A-RELATIVE* program, refer up to five American Indian man or woman, ages 50 and above, and receive $10 per person that completes a colon cancer screening.  Each relative that completes their screening will also receive a $20 gift card.

If you have insurance, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your health care provider to set up an appointment for your colon cancer screening

  2. Fill in the Refer -a-Relative screening voucher completely (front & back)

  3. Mail the voucher and proof of screening to :

If you do NOT have insurance, Please contact Joy Rivera at 612-314-4843 to be connected to the Minnesota Department of Health Sage Scopes program. If eligible, you will can receive a FREE colon cancer screening.
